ADMISSIONS PROCEDURES
For New Student Applications
Procedures to follow for admission:
- Obtain and complete the application for admission (one per child).
- Complete the "Authorization to Release Student Records Forms". Once complete, send one to your child's present school and return one with your application.
- Complete the top portion of the "Student Evaluation Form". Submit the form to your child's current teacher. The form should be directly mailed back to St. Joseph Catholic School by your child's current school. This is very important!
- New family applicants wishing to receive the Catholic tuition rate must apply by way of the Parish Verification form, which is available in the church or school office. Parish verification forms should be submitted to the pastor of the parish church your family attends. It is each family's responsibility to follow up on their active Catholic parishioner status. The Parish pastor grants the Catholic tuition rate.
